Transparency Invest delivers products and services that drive the adoption of transparency within their organization. They serve a wide variety of enterprise clients from 3M & Adobe to Zillow & Zoom, spanning sectors from e-commerce to energy.

One of their critical services is a transparency survey that can be done through a variety of experiences. Key to the value proposition of these surveys is integrity — verification that a survey taker is a valid person coming from an authentic device.

At SaaSberry, we closely listened to the needs and challenges presented by Transparency Invest. They needed a custom solution to how their survey is taken. Specifically, they needed a seamless workflow where survey takers are verified as authentic and validated against rules of usage based on organization.

The new workflow takes the survey taker from the intake form to the seamless SMS validation, then onto the survey itself. Our solution leveraged the Twilio Verify API as well as a highly customization validation algorithm which we developed. Built 100% on the Azure cloud, and protected with enterprise-grade security, we rolled out this application quickly and on budget.

Accuracy and user verification allow Transparency Invest and their clients to be assured of the veracity of survey results. The balance of data privacy and authenticity of survey takers allow honest and transparent feedback.

The seamless and fast verification minimizes session abandonment. This results in a high conversion rate and greater sample sizes.
